Do I need to bring him/her on a leash or in a crate?
- Since we are located inside a grooming salon, we ask that you bring a dog on a leash or in a crate and cats and smaller animals in a crate for the safety of everyone.

Can I bring a special item to use in the shoot?
- Yes, please do. Anything to make the shoot more comfortable for your fur kids. Please feel free to bring any special treats, fancy collars or toys you'd like to use to help capture the best memories of your fur kids.

Do I need to do anything before the shoot?
- Yes I always ask that you have your babies clean fresh and brushed to get the best quality photos. I also ask that you have a play session or a walk with your pet prior to shoot to ensure their focus is on that amazing toy or treat and not running around the Salon.

Should I stay for the shoot or do I drop off my pets?
- Yes, I prefer that you stay but stay out of the room. Just as with a vets office they have you wait in a room while they take your babies back for any kind of procedure. Pets generally behave better without the owner present. When the owner is in the room the pet will want down and to be with you and not with the woman with the strange noises ;)

How long does a session take?
- This all depends on your pet. Generally the Chihuahua package takes roughly 10 minutes but can take up to 20 minutes. Please see individual packages for time allowed for each session. Please do not come on a day you are in a hurry. As with children pets are unpredictable and to get the best possible shots the environment must be stress free. Scared pics from a frantic parent are not the memories you want to remember forever.

You took a lot of photos but I only get 2 (etc)?
- As animals are unpredictable it is not smart to take one or two photos as a slight movement can cause camera shake and make a blurry photo. So we take a few dozen to ensure great shots. Please refer to packages to choose poses.

How long should I expect until I receive my images?
- This generally depends on the package you choose. As I'm sure you don't expect I can sort edit and process 40 images in one night it will also not take me a week to produce a chihuahua package. I generally like to say allow up to 1 day per image you choose. With the largest packages taking up to two weeks.

Your packages say downloads only? I cannot get a CDRom or prints?
- We use a photo download delivery service where you choose your photos and download them straight to your computer. Prints and CDRoms are also available at an additional cost.

Can I choose my images?
- Yes and no. I take many many photos and to have you view them all is not necessary. When I get to my computer I first sort the photos and take out any that are out of focus, or funny face (or butt) shots and choose the best of the remaining. Then they will be edited and put into an album for your choosing.

What if I choose the chihuahua package and decide I want more photos?
-No problem at all you can always upgrade your package or add a single download or print when your album is delivered.

What if I have 2 or more pets? Your packages state 1 pet with more pet being an extra cost. How does this work?
- Well as Im sure you can imagine more than one animal will be more difficult to capture sitting still, also more clean up afterwards. The add a pet does not add the package. In other words adding a pet just adds them into that package. So If you bring two animals and buy the chihuahua package +1 pet you would still only receive 2 images. A better option would be to look at the larger packages if you have more than one pet.

What type of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, debit or credit (via PayPal which will require a 3% additional cost) I do not take checks, thank you for understanding.
